If I had the option to leave a 10 star review I would... A real estate journey is a very personal one. Not only should an agent be knowledgeable but be willing to take the journey with you. Jenny did just that. Every question I had, she answered immediately. Every scenario I came up with, she had a solution. Every tear I shed(and there were many) she patiently reassured me all would work out. Not only did she find my family the perfect home but had my offer accepted hours after she presented it. 3 seamless weeks after my offer was accepted, I was unpacking my new life in a home I can finally call my own. Forever grateful to Jenny and the Pierce Premier Home Team

They are professional, organized, knowledgeable, experienced, and truly committed to putting their clients' best interests first (we experienced that first hand several times). We never felt rushed or pressured and communication was great throughout the entire process. The team was always willing to go the extra mile to provide the information and support we needed. Each team member brings unique strengths, and their family dynamic is part of what makes them work so well together. Jenny is incredibly kind while still giving honest, thoughtful feedback on each property. When we finally found the right home, my husband and I joked that we were disappointed we no longer had a reason to hang out with her on a regular basis. Jessica handled the contracts with the exact attention to detail you want in that role, and she was always so quick to respond to any questions! Cindy is a fierce advocate for her clients and will absolutely go to bat for them. When we encountered a few issues with the sellers during closing, the entire team stepped in, handled the situation, and got everything back on track so we could walk away happy homeowners. I could keep going about how wonderful this team is, and five stars truly do not do them justice!
