Cindy, Jenny and Jessica, The Pierce Team, should be considered "The Dream Team." Their knowledge, communication and responsiveness are second-to-none. We were NOT in the market to buy or sell, heck - we just refinanced a few months earlier! However, we found an ideal home out of the blue and the Pierce Team was able to expertly navigate us through buying/selling and closing within 5 weeks. We needed to do a lot of work in a short time period. Cindy was able to share reliable and skilled, yet timely and affordable contractors to help us. There was a ton of emotion tied to this move and Cindy worked with us through all of it (sorry for the roller coaster Cindy but now you have an honorary social work certificate). Not only did Cindy steer us in the right direction with purchasing a home that had multiple offers on it, she also knew SO much about the local market, she was able to help us price our home just right and get the word out. Her knowledge-base and strategy paid off, as we were able to get a high purchase price (the highest in our community) with over 16 offers to choose from. Some of that may be considered this interesting market, but so much of it was due to The Pierce Team. Thanks for all your hard work!
