My wife and I have utilized Baird and Warner for multiple home sales and purchases starting in 2000. Betty Yingling has been our realtor for each transaction, and we very much feel like she is one of the family. It is quite clear that in addition to the housing transactions, she also cares about our family on a personal level. Betty and the wider B&W team consistently showcase their professionalism and knowledge of the market. For our most recent home sale, we also worked with Cindy Pierce. We found Cindy to be very attentive to our needs and focused on driving our home sale forward. We relocated out of state at the start of our most recent home sale process, and Betty and Cindy helped to put us at ease that the home sale would be well managed. We would certainly look to use B&W again if ever moving back to the Chicagoland area.
