Her level of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise is second to none. She is candid about what will help your home to sell, and is extremely positive throughout the entire process. I remember her asking in the very beginning, "Do you trust me?" Cindy wants your trust, takes relationships with her sellers seriously, and really helps to bridge the gap with buyers. She is friendly, engaging, responsive, and assertive. Cindy follows up/through, is sensitive to the needs of her sellers, and demonstrates a passion for getting the home sold. Prior to selecting Cindy as our agent, we were told about her great work. Well, it's true. Cindy is absolutely THE BEST! Unsure that I will ever require her services again but highly recommend Cindy to you!

Zillow 05/24/18 - Stein Home in Aurora/Batavia Township. Highly recommend! Definitely an expert in the Aurora/Batavia real estate market. Was very impressed with her communication, marketing and staging skills. Personally I would not use another realtor other than Cindy Pierce particularly if you are selling or buying a home in the Savannah subdivision in Aurora!
